Each seed payload is expanded through paraphrase, translation, casing and separator mutations, then deduplicated by embedding similarity so the suite grows in coverage rather than in volume. Mutations that repeatedly score BLOCKED with high confidence are demoted to a regression tier and sampled instead of run in full.
