By accessing or using PromptSlayer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

PromptSlayer is designed for authorized adversarial testing of AI systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Use is limited to defensive security research, internal model evaluation, and authorized penetration testing engagements.

You may not use PromptSlayer to test systems you do not own or have authorization for. You may not use generated payloads to obtain harmful content, to bypass safety controls for malicious purposes, or to violate any law, contract, or AI provider policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your testing activities comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and AI provider terms of service. PromptSlayer does not grant permission to test any system. Use of this tool does not create any client-vendor relationship or grant any rights to the tested systems.

PromptSlayer is provided as-is for research purposes. There are no warranties of fitness for production use, merchantability, or non-infringement. Audit results reflect the state of the target at the time of testing and are not guarantees of future behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptSlayer and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the tool, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date of the current version is displayed below.
